Game Format
The Breakthrough Basketball Spring League (BBL) will follow a Round Robin Regular Season, followed by a Playoff & Consolation Tournament to ensure every team gets a full competitive experience.
Regular Season: Round Robin Format (April 26/27 – May 31/June 1)
- Each team plays every other team once within their division.
- This ensures fair competition and seeding for playoffs.
- Standings are determined based on wins, losses, and point differentials.
- Teams are then seeded for the Double-Elimination Playoffs in June.
Playoffs: Double-Elimination Format (June 7/8 - June 14/15)
• Teams start in the Winner’s Bracket.
• If a team loses once, they move to the Second Bracket.
• If a team loses twice, they will play a consolation game (5th & 6th place).
• The last remaining team in the Winner’s Bracket and in the Second Bracket play for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.
